Question about taxes ?

Anyone else doing there taxes and says they are not qualified ? 
Because they have to live with you for 6 months 
But wanted to know about the 4 months and how that works

If baby was born anytime in 2019 you say they lived with you for 365 days.

No. I filed mine and it was accepted and she was born 9/15

There’s a small print part that said if baby was born in 2019 then you say he/she was with you all year.

You claim they lived with you all year because they count the pregnancy as living with you.

You need to say baby lived with you the whole year not just 4 months.

We just did ours today and was able to claim our baby. He was born 9/4

Ours was accepted. She was born 8/30

My fiancee claimed our kids 1 year old and 5 months old and was accepted. I believe even if a child was born 12/31 they will still be eligible as dependent.
