I fell like 20 minutes ago, I was coming up the stairs and at the last step at the top I fell forward on my side, so pretty short fall. I'm 31 weeks pregnant, I have felt fetal movement since it's happened, but I'm just paranoid. I don't know what contractions feel like but I've had this weird super light cramp in my lower stomach every few minutes. If anyone has fallen while pregnant what happened? Was the baby ok? I'm really nervous.

Update: I'm in the hospital getting monitored, the doctors said that everything was looking ok but they will need to monitor me for 4 hours. I'll keep everyone posted.
