Anybody Else Try Depends Adult Diapers for Postpartum Bleeding?

Due date for baby #2 is coming up. With my first, I just used giant pads, but still ended up ruining multiple pairs of underwear, so I’m considering just going straight to adult diapers this time... has anyone else tried them for postpartum bleeding? Feel free to comment your thoughts and any pros or cons! Thanks! 🙏

Thought they were so much easier and caught everything, I never had to worry about leaking or messing up my bed or underwear, even when I accidentally peed myself 😆

I went with the Always Discreet brand and loved them. Easier than pads, IMO

Yes I’m considering switching to them for my periods when I’m at home lol I’m a sahm mom and my baby wants to be constantly held and loves sleeping on me so I figure if I wear depends I don’t have to worry about ever leaking If my son decides to take a 2 hour nap in my arms

They were amazing! I leaked so much at the hospital with the bulky pads and never leaked with the depends when I got home. You can sleep confidently knowing you’re protected all round

I used them with giant pads and would change the pads whenever needed so I didn’t go through the “underwear” so quickly because they can get expensive. But I would change it regardless every morning even if they looked clean.

With my first my midwives gave me depends and also put a maxi pad in them for double protection. I continued that for the first few days. I plan to do the same with this one.

I bought some to try with my last baby but they were too big (and I got the smallest size). Ended up throwing them out. If they’d fit I feel like it would have made life easier, especially at first.

I used them when I ran out of the brick pads the hospital sent me home with and it was SOO much better and more comfortable to sit with. And I could line them with witch hazel pads which was nice and they stayed in place.
