31 weeks pregnant with twins.... help!!! 💩
I am severely constipated, sorry if TMI. But it’s been like almost 2 weeks and It’s horrible. My doctor told me to take colace but that’s not helping at all. I am extremely anemic so I’m on ferrous sulfate 🙄 and I’m dying!!! What can I do please? I’ve been drinking water and juices and trying to walk as much as I can. Please help.
