Say if someone was drinking or smoking before they were 21 and started when they were 13 years old and people knew of it but didn’t care, a while before their 21st birthday someone called the cops on them for drinking beer and smoking cigarettes do you believe they were doing it to get them in trouble? I say yes because if they started at 13 years old and people knew of it but didn’t cause any problems about it just to later on call the police sounds like they wanted them to get in trouble.
