Hey all. I’m 26 years old and few years ago I was officially diagnosed with PCOS, although we always had an idea it was a huge possibility. As most know, one struggle with PCOS, besides difficulty TTC, is weight gain and troubles trying to lose it. Has anyone tried anything that helped them lose weight with PCOS? If it helped while TTC that’s an added bonus. Tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated. Just a few pounds down before I go through that TTC process is my goal.
