So i have 2 boys 11 and 7 and thier father left the state last year and moved 12 hrs away. He refuses to pay child support. He doesnt keep in regular contact with the boys. A phone call maybe every 2 weeks. My oldest is craving for his attention. Says he hates it with me and wants to live with his dad. Whenever i try to discipline him and he doesnt agree he calls his father to complain.(his father doesnt back me up at all. Instead he tells my son well if you lived with me...blah blah blah) a few years ago triedto leave our homestate and even got job offers and all but thier father took my to court because it would prevent him from being a parent😒 but he was able to just up and leave last year. He wont visit the kids unless i meet him half way which is ridiculous. Both are acting out inschool and at home. Im exhausted doing this alone. Can i request from.the court to have him move back.to.the state for the best interest of the kids. Im reallly loosing my mind with my boys and being pregnant with another. Breaking up fight between the two can become dangerous for me. I need some advice.
