I need advice from 2 or 3rd time mamas!
Everything I eat gives my stomach gas and I belch constantly when I’m not throwing up. Even drinking water makes me feel too full, therefore I’m barely eating anything which I know isn’t good. It just feels like all food sits in my stomach for hours and doesn’t digest and eventually I throw it up. Any suggestions?? I have thought about taking a probiotic but I don’t know how that works in pregnancy
