7DPO When should I take a pregnancy test?

So I took a pregnancy test this morning cuz this past week I’ve been having cramps, my skin has been itchy, and I’ve been having slightly sore boobs. My period doesn’t start til next Monday.(17th) and the test came back negative. 
When should I test again? Was it to early to test this morning??

Way to early to test. The earliest implantation occurs is 6dpo and it’s not common to implant that early. The latest implantation occurs is 12dpo. Even after implantation has occurred, it will still take a few days before HCG is high enough to be detected on a test. That’s why it’s best to wait until you miss your period since you wouldn’t know when Implantation occurred.
