My son is 5 weeks old... yes I was cleared earlier because everything checked out physically for me I've been feeling  Nauseous mostly in the morning and dealing with bad acid reflux witch I normally don't have a issue with unless I'm pregnant when should I take a pregnancy test giving I just had my son on the 4th of January...

Your hormones are still shifting from your son so there’s a possibility that it is just that.
 
It is possible to get pregnant tho. I would call your OB and ask for a blood test. Otherwise just get a back of 2 and do one this coming week and a week later .
If you’re nursing it decreases your chances of ovulating
