We’re pregnant! According to my LMP I’m 6 weeks and 2 days today..

My question is, for about a week, every other day or so I’ve had some very mild spotting...this morning there was even a little trickle in the toilet. I’m wondering who else has experienced similar issues and gone on to have healthy pregnancies. I’m mostly nervous because this exact time 2 years ago we got pregnant and I had a similar thing happen, only the bleeding was slightly more, and it turned out to be a blighted ovum. So I’m stressing. Does this little bit warrant a call to the OB? Would they even do anything?
