Coconut oil and a baby brush!! My son will be 7 months old on the 13th and it's almost all gone now after a week of using coconut oil and brushing his head with the brush.

I used olive oil and a baby comb. I would comb them out gently over the course of 5-6 bath sessions and it cleared up.

Using the little hospital brush and brushing her hair after bath helps. It's all gone. Except behind her ears. I cannot keep the crusty away lol. Coconut oil.

He only had it for a month or so. Use the baby brush the hospital gives you in the bath and baby oil in their hair throughout the day
