In the past I would have, I didn’t know it at the time but I have PCOS and my periods just weren’t coming no matter what I did. I tried everything and it wouldn’t come. 5 months was the longest time it stayed away.

If it isn’t harmful, I’d drink it like regular tea. Other than that, I don’t care. The only way I would induce my period is to take the 4th week in my pill pack.
