Baby’s molars

First time mama here,

My baby has 2 molars coming in! Is that painful for him? One I think is already kinda grown, it popped through. Now I noticed another molar on the left side which is red and inflamed around his growing tooth. Is there anything I can do if it is painful for him? He just turned a year old a few days ago. (On the 2nd)
