Sex and when to stop

Here’s a fun question... when I’m your third trimester is it time to stop or at least limit sex? My husband and I have a very healthy sex life, like everyday 2-3 times a day sometimes. This is the first out of 3 pregnancies that we’ve been able to maintain that the entire time bc it hurt with my girls. There is absolutely no discomfort this time and my dr has already told me that since I run the risk of postpartum complications, I’ll have to wait 6 weeks instead of the 4 I waited with my girls. So neither of us are really looking forward to stopping 😂
