6 weeks 5 days and worry !!

So I am 6 weeks 5 days today but not having any symptoms at all. Makes me so worry, is it still to early to have some? No sore boobs , nausea morning sickness, frequent urination or fatigue. My first ultrasound is due in one and half week and I am so anxious 😦 , can’t wait to find out if everything is okay ? Please share if any one of you are in same situation. 😩
