18weeks +6 days. Workout 3 times a week

I been trying to keep up with my weights lifting the 3 times a week I go to the gym. Pretty much I do upper body lifting (30 to 50lbs) and I hit the treadmill. I do about 4 min walk at 3.5 pace and 1 min run at 5 pace then squad for a whole minute (none stop). I then do it all over again for a full 30 mins. Total time at the gym is 50 to 60 mins. Is this good? Or should I do more time at the gym? Btw my doctor told me at 5 weeks that pregnant women shouldn't workout and just indulge in there pregnancy. I thought he was crazy since I have always worked out. Mind you I lost 58lbs from May 2014 to May 2015... So working out is part of me now.
