So I have started a new job that mentioned on the job training. On the first through 3rd week I had a lot of questions to ask because the work is completely new to me, I ask so I won’t mess thing up badly and look as if I’m playing around on the job. I noticed when I ask the questions they roll their eyes and barely help. No one there wants to train me lol. Like literally no one! I don’t know if it’s me personally, like I’m not helpable or my personality is bad or is this a normal thing.
