Progesterone levels after Ovulation

So I had a blood test for my progesterone levels about a week after ovulation (7 or 8 days) and it came back 34. Of course my husband went down a Google hole and found an article that said I must be pregnant. Now we are at 11 dpo and still negative FRER . I am so frustrated... just looking for anyone with similar experience or advice
