Tea safe to drink while pregnant?

I really want to drink this, but im seeing mixed reviews. It has about 40mg of caffeine in it, but would this affect my baby? It’s from trader joe’s. Someone let me know please? If not, what kind of tea is safe for me to drink while pregnant?

Some of the spices aren’t allowed in large amounts so check what’s in it. Things like cinnamon and licorice

I have no idea what the official answer is, but I drank whatever tea I could keep down and my baby is fine 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s fine. It’s recommended to not have more than 200mg of caffeine in a day.
