TTC. I need advice

HELP!!! Please can anyone give me Advice on how to conceive I’ve been trying near a year haven’t went to my docs about it but I have problems with my time of the month it is so painful and irregular, I’ve attended a Gynaecologist and everything is normal, I’ve tried conceive tablets and conceive lube and I bought ovulation sticks, anyone have any advice please
