Short luteal phase
Since I've been tracking the past few months I've found my Luteal phase is about 7-8 days. Has anyone used Vitex to lengthen their LP? I guess another one of my major questions is was your OBGYN on board with it? Should I try the Vitex or should I just contact my doctor and see if they want me to be seen?
