It helps because it hydrates & the coconut water. You’re better off drinking a lot of water. Plus these only temporarily boost your supply

It only helps if you’re dehydrated. It’s just because of the electrolytes in it that some see a boost. But if you’re already drinking enough water it won’t do anything.

You have to drink several per day to notice an increase in your supply.
