Im 7 weeks and 2 days and been spotting off and on since last week, with cramping. idk if i should worry or not since i went to the ER Thursday and they told me the baby was fine, but i was having a threatened miscarriage and it could go either way. I’ve continued to spot here and there with cramping and i almost passed out after some heavy cramping while i was at work yesterday.. idk what to do... or if its even normal.. I’m still having morning sickness and all my symptoms I’m just spotting a-lot more frequently then my last pregnancy and the cramping and lightheadedness is worrying
