OPKS help pls

Sooo the big blue ones are the “easy conceive” brand first time using them the little ones are the “fermometer” brand off amazon. Took the bottom 3 today... and one looks positive the other two don’t & all the rest above it are so close I’m so confused anyone have this issue??

Edit:::: 2-7 means feb 7th in the pm and so on
