I got my period well at least I think it was but it was different it was spotting at first than got a little heavier than spotting I had no pain no cramps nothing when I also have cramps my nipples seem like they are always hard now I’m eating way more than I usually do even my friends and family have noticed but I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative can I still be pregnant ?
