RH Negative

I'm curious... I miscarried with my now husband and I's baby almost 3 years ago and we found out that I'm Rh negative and he's Rh positive. I know this can be an issue for mama and baby if this is the case. We are now TTC and married, and I'm curious if this has been an issue for anyone? And how it could effect the baby?
