Third miscarriage

After having my third missed miscarriage it has been really hard for me and my partner we really thought this one would be our rainbow baby but i guess its just not our time it's been one week today since i ve had my D&C still so painfull to be around people with babies or who is having babies how did anyone cope im waiting on my results from my D&C to find out what went wrong my doctor is also sending me to a fertilty doctor in 4 weeks that should be exciting
