Nervous for birth control
So I’m 16, and I’m planning of getting birth control soon due to the cramps that I get and how irregular my periods are, (Also a plus for the protection). Literally everyone says not to get the pills, shots or the implant due to my family’s reactions to them so that leaves the IUD but I’m nervous for it and the appointments for it. What should I expect?
