Bloody Discharge

So I've had a yeast infection for a little bit and I haven't gone to the doctors. I have a low immune system so I get them often but they usually go away quickly. I was changing and I noticed blood on my panties. When I checked to see it was like... Well it's like bloody cottage cheese... I'm making a Dr appointment in the morning, but my question is... should I go to the ER?

Edit: I should probably note that my Dr had me using nuvaring to stop my periods and took it out early because it kept giving me yeast infections. Could this just be me having a really weird period in combination with the yeast infection? It really doesn't look like period blood to me.
