Towels. People always think it’s weird but it’s the best thing ever to have brand new cotton extra large towels for your first shower postpartum. The towels the hospital gives you are paper thin and scratchy. I packed towels with my first and I’m currently due any day now with my second and the first thing I packed was brand new towels 🤷🏻‍♀️😁

Hubby and I run our own business and if I go into labour the week that I would normally pay our employees then I'll be packing the laptop and my payroll notebook with me coz god help my husband trying to figure out online banking, taxes, etc 😂😂😂

We did a Bluetooth speaker. And I brought my essential oil dispenser. I’m not completely into oils but it helped make the room smell nice and cozy.

Gummy bears 😂 I didn’t get much sleep last time with my first one and I was up and bored. So I want snacks this time and something that won’t make me wanna poop

I have a small nightlight and sound machine. The light is so nice when nurses come in to do checks at night or for nursing without the bright overhead lights. The one I have has dimming options and different brightness levels. So much nicer
