Any tips?
I've tried to conceive in the past a few years ago with no luck due to my weight. Well, I ended up losing it all just to gain it all back and then some. I'm currently eating clean with low carbs and high protein, and working out every day besides Friday's. I've been doing this for almost a whole year with absolutely no luck, there's no change in my weight physically or even on the number on the scale.
Does anyone have any tips? Something you do that helps you better than what was recommended by a doctor? I'm just at the point where I'll try anything.
