A little worried..

Hey guys so I started my period back I wanna say last Monday night but it was brown and light..I’m also 6 weeks postpartum and now today my period is dark red & heavy with bad cramping and clotting. My appointment isn’t until Wednesday so I’m definitely going to talk to the dr about that. Just wondering if any of you guys went through this?
