NT scan accuracy??

Hello ladies I'm 26, happily married. I have PCOS my last period was 26th October
Got married on 23rd November and that's when I lost my virginity. So soon after the wedding I found out I'm pregnant, and today I got my NT scan done to know the exact age of the fetus. Scan reveled it to be 13th week
Where as it's been 11weeks 2 days since I lost my virginity. Then my Dr and I quarreled and she says she doesn't buy that this fetus is 11weeks as the head is fully ossified and nose too.
Has any one else experienced the same thing?

Calculate from the first day of your last missed period. Not the day you had sex.

Pregnancy weeks are calculated from the date of your last period. That means that the first 2 weeks of pregnancy you aren’t actually pregnant yet. So the date seems accurate

If you conceived 11 weeks 2 days ago that isn’t the age of the fetus. You date from the first day of tour last period typically so it is very likely right around 13 weeks unless you have long cycles then the gestational age would be slightly older than 13 weeks.
