Is it okay to have sex with no strings attached? If so, how do you cut the strings ?
Me and the boy are super close friends and recently he had sex my my friend LITERALLY right after I did and then he lied about it...he told the truth in the end but...yeah so I’m lost

If you're already involved with them itll be harder to cut those strings than starting something with no strings attached with someone new. 
It is possible but theres almost always one person who falls deeper into feelings.

It sounds like you already have feelings and this may not be for you if he just wants to have a friends with benefits type of thing. It’s hard to separate feelings from Sex, especially for women, But once feelings are involved it’s over. Because the other doesn’t feel the same, you lose the friend and the lover and end up feeling used and heartbroken. I don’t do hook ups or friends with benefits. It’s not for me. I get attached and I know myself. Some people have no issue with it and it works for them, but it a not for me. Been with my boyfriend since October I told him day 1 that I don’t do fwb or hook ups that a relationship was what I was looking for. He made us official bf/Gf that same millisecond, didn’t know he had a crush on me for years and I never really noticed him or paid much attention. I do not remember having one conversation with him until a couple weeks before in all honesty it was timing. But back to you. This may not be the best situation for you. He’s already messing around and lying etc. not cool. I would not take him seriously and would even be questioning the friendship yet alone anything more.
