Period late on Femara?

Did anyone’s period day change while taking Femara? Was supposed to start yesterday like clock work but took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and negative. Wondering if the medication throws AF off

Yes. Mine was always 2 days late.

It made mine 4 days late but I was also taking progesterone so I'm not sure which one cause me to be late

Mine was 2 days late and I am extremely regular. Longest 2 days ever driving myself nuts about it.

It generally changes your ovulation day and correct luteal phase problems.   I would expect your period approx 14 days after you ovulated.
