Miscarrying soon?

UPDATE: ended up going to ER, bleeding was heavier and red. They did bloodwork and Ultrasound. Negative bloodwork and nothing on ultrasound so diagnosed MC

Got positive FRER from 10dpo - 16dpo and a positive digital at 13dpo... As of yesterday, I am or would be 4w5d (period 4/5 days late) I had a little bit of blood speck in my cm when I wiped inside... I woke up about 4am to pee and took a FR and it was a faint positive. I’m not bleeding yet or see anymore tinged cm, minor cramping...

I don’t know what to think. This would be baby #2.. never experienced this. I just messaged my doctor to get me in for bloodwork. I feel numb.. I just want my period or whatever to pass so we can try again 🙏🏽😪
