Birth control mix up🤪help!
Hi! So I previously used the patch. I stopped due to symptoms. I tried to use it again, I had it on for a week. Symptoms were too bad, I removed it. A week after I removed the patch I started bleeding lightly (need to use a tampon but not anywhere near a normal period) and I have cramps. Is this normal?
