Okay I know this is odd lol but ever sense I got off of birtch control 4 years ago my periods have been abnormal if you will espcially in the winter. Like I have a period consistently for 5 months then winter comes and its just gone.

My Gyno has told me they dont worry to much about absent periods unless you go a year without one.

Anyone else have this happen ? Or have any tips or tricks for making them normal other then birth control
