Wednesday night I had light brown spotting , Thursday morning I went to my obgyn, they did a ultrasound and said everything looked like it was in place but there is no baby ! 🥺 they checked my hcg levels they was at 4000 so they said I’m possibly having a miscarriage later on that night I was cramping more and still spotting nothing heavy no blood clots nothing just light spotting and Friday came and I have not cramped or spotted all weekend , thank God !! What do you guys think ?
