My Period was due yesterday, I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was a very light positive. However I have this thick brownish discharge (not blood) and intense pain down there could it be a miscarriage?

I would see your doctor to be on the safe side. With my first pregnancy some pain was normal and so was spotting in the first trimester. but with my second pregnancy I had really bad cramps and bleeding that landed me in the hospital, it was almost like my period, and unfortunately I ended up losing the baby. Definitely check with a professional
