Pregnant even with Negative HPT?

I usually have pretty regular cycles 28-30 days max but this time I’m going on 34 days. I took a test this morning and It was negative. I don’t feel how I usually do when my period is about to come and lately I’ve been craving lemons which was one of my first hints that I was pregnant with my first. I hadn’t planned on actively TTC until next month once I met with a new Dr. so I’m a little confused. Has anyone ever turned out to be pregnant even with negative HPTs?
