So me(16 F) and my best friend (17M) have been friends for 4 years. We tell eachother everything and I would hate to lose our relationship. But lately hes been asking me if we could have sex. I'm a virgin and hes not.

For me I would want to give my virginity to someone I trust and I trust him but I feel like it could ruin our friendship. Even my ex told me to stop talking to him because we're so close alot of people assume we're dating. But at the same time I know that sometimes he can be the smash and pass kind so that's what I'm most worried about.
