What to do, my son fell

My son 8 months old, fell off our couch luckily the dog was laying right there to break his fall (looking as a positive because I feel like a horrible mom right now).. Do I take him in? He is acting normally.

As long as hes not crying uncontrollably, vomiting, or sleepy then he should be fine. Keep him up for a few hours just to be safe.

As others have said watch out for those signs and symptoms. I’m sure he’s okay from what you’ve said. But if your second guessing it doesn’t hurt to have him see someone to ease your mind. Good luck mama

No not if he’s fine, my daughters done this twice now the other day she fell head 1st and we have a wooden floor 😬 there was a bump and a cry and she was absolutely fine after a cuddle (won’t be leaving her on the couch again though!) x

Just keep an eye out! If you are that worried take him in. My daughter hit her head when was little little and she is okay! But we too her in because I was having anxiety about it

My son was 2 weeks and my husband fell asleep with him on his chest. We figured he slid off his chest, onto a backpack, and on the floor. He's 3 now 🤷‍♀️
