Has anyone with pcos ever been recommended to take letrozole?

I was put on it twice and got pregnant both time. One round with my second and two with my first.

Was about to start it the month after I conceived naturally. Clomid Isn't used here, so femara/letrozol is the first they try.

I got pregnant on my 4th cycle with 7.5mg.

I had it for a few months and since taking my ovulation has been more frequent and getting earlier I had my last IUI in Nov then we had nothing for 2 months while waiting for a follow up in January and bow now I might be pregnant with no medival assistance.

Yes femara is suppose to be better for pcos but I have been pregnant twice with clomid and once with femara. So I feel they both work good with pcos.

Tried clomid, then femara. Anovulatory on both so I had surgery. Will take femara when I need medicated cycles. Didn't work for me pregnancy wise. Take it at night- helps with the side effects.

I’m on it now. Second round, double dose.
