I been 2 days with diarrhea and I’m trying to stay as hydrated as I can . Is this bad? Should I go to the hospital

I've been getting it every couple weeks for a day or two. But otherwise I'm constipated, so I think it's just my body trying to get rid of it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Diarrhea usually is short lived 2-3 days, I’d give it one more day before I went to the doctor. Especially if your keeping yourself hydrated. Usually just a stomach bug.
