Is it just for handicap people? Then yes. If it’s not just for handicap people then no.

Depends. Carrying stuff? You’re good. Multiple floors? You’re good. If you’re just using the elevator because you don’t want to use the stairs AND are preventing someone with a disability from using it, reconsider your choice. I was disabled for a few months last year and couldn’t use stairs at all. I frequently couldn’t get on elevators or the bus because of all the people who just didn’t want to walk. It was extremely frustrating.
