Ugh😩
Everytime I workout or do things that requires me to get physical I break out in hives. How it starts I’ll just get hot/itchy all of a sudden then I look at my skin & it’s filled with hives. I went to the doctor about it but they only said that if it’s not affecting my breathing it’s nothing to worry about it but it really bothers me..Do anybody have an idea of what the cause may me and how I can get rid of it?
