I had something very similar last week and we've seen baby twice on ultrasound since then. Everything looks fine. My OB did ask me to go to the ER to checked out though, so it's worth calling.

Yes it can be totally normal. Depends on how deep/hard it was. Keep your eye out.m, but should be okay!
