I had a miscarriage on Friday and took 4 misoprostol pills vaginally, hours later I passed my baby and a few large clots of tissue. It’s Monday. And I’ve been taking Motrin for pain. And I didn’t today cause I’m just bleeding like a period now. But I’ve got bad cramps. I’m wondering if I should take more misoprostol? If more clots need to come out?’or if my pain meds just wore off and that would be a better option.
